By accessing or using the Conquering platform, website, or any associated services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
Conquering provides a digital education and community platform offering course materials, strategy guides, community access, live sessions, and resource libraries. All content is delivered digitally through our platform. Access is granted upon successful payment and account creation.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Legion membership is offered as a monthly subscription billed on a recurring basis. You authorize Conquering to charge your selected payment method on a monthly cycle until cancellation. Council membership is a one-time lifetime payment granting permanent access to all current and future platform content.
4. Cancellation Policy
Monthly Legion subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain full access until that date and will not be charged again. To cancel, log into your account and navigate to billing settings, or contact our support team.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are available upon request provided that the course material has not been started. Once any lesson, module, or course content has been accessed, refunds are no longer available. To request a refund, contact our support team within 7 days of purchase and confirm that no course material has been accessed. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Conquering platform — including but not limited to courses, videos, written materials, templates, frameworks, and community content — is the exclusive intellectual property of Conquering. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access this content for personal use only.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to share your account credentials, resell or redistribute platform content, engage in harassment or abusive behavior within the community, post spam, misleading, or unlawful content, or attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any platform security. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
8. Disclaimers
Conquering provides educational content for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes. Individual results vary based on effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Conquering and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
